Roswell Fans UnitedHELP SUPPORT THE FIGHT AGAINST FOX
WHAT IS THIS AND WHY SHOULD I CARE?
The Roswell Fans United is an organzation of Roswell Fans and Websitemasters that are in their support of other webmasters against the fight of 20th Century Fox. Why are they against Fox? What is happening is that Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The X-Files, The Simpsons and other shows that are owned or produced by the Fox studios are attacking the webmasters for sites dedicated to those shows. They are either making them shut down their sites or remove things that they don't want up their like transcripts, screenshots and video clips of the programming giving that it infringes on the copyrights of the studio and the actors on the shows. Since none of the sites profitted at all from this we believe that it is a great injustice. We are not alone. Several Buffy Webmasters have joined togheter to start organzations like The Buffy Bringers or Operation Blackout. Our Co-Founder and fellow Webmistress KC(Krystn Camilla) is a Buffy Webmaster and brought this problem to my attention. Why should we as a Roswell Website Community band toghether on this? Becuase Roswell is produced by 20th Century Fox and if they are not put in their place it will only be a matter of time before we too are targets of their wrath. That is why I am starting this organazation to show our Support to the cause.

Cordy, at Xanders_Cordelia_Rose@yahoo.com, with your online handle, site addy and banner. When I recieve it I will give you the addy of where you can find out the latest updates on the FOX situation and if it looks as if Roswell sites are at risk.

STEP THREE: Get Involved
Although we as an organazation are not getting directly involved with the cause we are supporting it and the many organzations that are doing the actual fighting. Think of us as the Cavalry. We strongly reccommend that you join one of the oranzation that we have linked below if you want a more hands on part in this war. If you know of an organzation that we are unaware of, please let us know.
